In an effort to respond to staff concerns regarding increased context-switching while also upholding our service standards, ArtsPool is shifting our handling of general compliance questions and support to an “office hours” model. If you need to talk through some policies, have questions about a regulation, need help making sense of a government notice, etc., please submit a task in the Compliance category requesting to schedule an office hours appointment. Appointments for office hours will be held on the first Friday of each month from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and will be staffed on a rotational basis, depending on context needed for appointment-based questions.
If you have an urgent issue that cannot wait for office hours, please submit a task and outlined above and add Urgent: to the beginning of the task title.
