Effective May 21, 2026, our Terms of Service (TOS) reflect the changes that were approved in March 2026 by the Steering Committee. Please see below for a summary of changes to the TOS.

Summary of changes

Annex K: Termination Provisions was updated to require 120 days' advance written notice of termination of services for Members enrolled in ArtsPool's 401(k) Pooled Employer Plan (PEP). This change will mitigate potential compliance risk for the PEP by ensuring that member employees' assets can be transitioned out of the plan and into a new retirement plan in an orderly manner. The termination notice requirement continues to be 60 days for members that are not enrolled in the PEP.
