Effective April 16, 2026, our Terms of Service (TOS) reflect the changes that were approved in December 2025 by the Steering Committee. Please see below for a summary of changes to the TOS.

Summary of changes

  • Annex A: Pricing and Billing was updated to clarify that the goal of periodic Member Service Fee reviews is to align Service Fees with the complexity of each Member’s operations, budget size, good standing in the cooperative, and the cost of providing services.
  • Annex C: Services List was updated to include the following provisions:
    • Management Personnel may elect to combine Services into Service Packages.
    • Service Packages are selected by Members by signing a Service Fee Quote.
    • Members must select a Service Package containing ArtsPool’s Workforce Administration Services in order to participate in ArtsPool’s Pooled Employer Plan for retirement benefits.
    • Members enrolled in the Pooled Employer Plan who wish to offboard from ArtsPool’s Workforce Administration Services must transition to an alternate retirement plan prior to the Termination Date of such Services.
    • Members who want to change their selected Service Package will provide ArtsPool Services with no less than 60 days notice of any such change, and upon mutual signature of a revised Service Fee Quote, both parties will agree on a written transition plan.
    • The onboarding of Member into any individual Service shall be subject to the provisions outlined in Annex D: Onboarding Procedures. The offboarding of Member from any individual Service shall be subject to the provisions outlined in Annex L: Offboarding Procedures.
