Updating Your BeyondPay Password

It is best to periodically update your BeyondPay password so your account remains secure. Other times, you may want to update it because you forgot the password. That's okay, it happens! You or your Company Administrator can reset your password using one of the methods below.

Self Service Instructions

You can use these instructions to change or reset your password on your own.

Reset Your Password

If you have forgotten your password, it can be reset by clicking on the 'Forgot your password?' link on the log-in screen.

On the following screen, enter your Username (usually your email address) and click Continue.

An email will be sent to you with a temporary password, and instructions for logging in. You will be prompted to update your password once you are logged in.

Update Your Password

If you remember your password but want to change it to something else. Log into your BeyondPay account as normal. On your Dashboard, hover over My Actions and select Change Password.

On the following screen, you will be asked to enter your Old Password once, and your New Password twice. Lastly, for the changes to save, you need to click Change Password at the top right of the screen.

Company Administrator Instructions

As Company Administrator, you have the ability to reset account passwords for your employees by doing the following.

Log into your BeyondPay account, and from the hamburger menu navigate to:

My Employees - Employee Maintenance - Reset Password

From this screen, select the account you would like to reset, and if the employee locked their account after multiple failed attempts, also mark the Unlock checkbox. Lastly, click on Reset Password at the top right, which will send the employee an email with a temporary password and instructions for logging. The employee will be prompted to change their password once logged in.
